Sales Navigator Core costs US$119.99 per month or US$1,079.88 per year per license, and Advanced costs US$159.99 per month or US$1,799.88 per year per license, according to LinkedIn's compare-plans page (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)). Advanced Plus is priced custom. The prices below are LinkedIn's own published USD figures as displayed on 2026-10-19, and LinkedIn states that "pricing varies by plan and billing frequency," so confirm the number in your own currency and billing cycle before you commit (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)).

The prices, per license

PlanMonthly (USD)Annual (USD)
Sales Navigator CoreUS$119.99US$1,079.88
Sales Navigator AdvancedUS$159.99US$1,799.88

LinkedIn lists those Core and Advanced figures directly, and states that Advanced Plus pricing "is customized based on your sales team's size" and is arranged through a sales representative (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)).

The same page publishes prices in other currencies. Core is listed at A$154.99 a month or A$1,499.88 a year, C$144.99 a month or C$1,199.88 a year, €120.99 a month or €1,088.88 a year, and £94.99 a month or £959.88 a year (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)). Advanced is listed at A$189.99 a month or A$2,159.88 a year, C$179.99 a month or C$2,039.88 a year, €148.21 a month or €1,693.88 a year, and £130.00 a month or £1,499.88 a year (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)). Treat these as LinkedIn's displayed list prices on the capture date, not as a quote for your region.

What the tiers change, and what they do not

The credit allowance is the same at every tier: 50 InMail credits per month per user, and 10,000 saved leads and accounts per user (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)). The flat allowance matters when choosing a tier: paying for Advanced does not add InMail credits or a larger saved-lead cap; it buys collaboration and integration features.

What each tier adds, per LinkedIn's own table (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)):

  • Core: single seat, advanced search filters, saved leads and accounts, custom lists, alerts, relationship map.
  • Advanced: multiple users, shared lists and saved searches, Buyer Intent signals, Smart Links, TeamLink, detailed usage reporting, and CSV upload of your book of business.
  • Advanced Plus: CRM sync in both directions, embedded profiles, ROI reporting for admins, and Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams.

CSV upload of your book of business, Smart Links, Buyer Intent and TeamLink all start at Advanced, and the CRM-side features including embedded profiles and ROI reporting require Advanced Plus (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)).

A checklist for choosing a tier

A short sequence of questions saves a seat you do not need.

  1. How many people will log in, and do they need shared management? A Core subscription is documented as single user, so a team that needs shared administration, licences or billing moves to Advanced or Advanced Plus (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)). That is a management question, not a headcount rule: two people who do not need shared tools can also hold separate single-user Core seats.
  2. Do you need shared lists and saved searches? If the team must work the same accounts, that starts at Advanced (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)).
  3. Is your sales process anchored in a CRM? Two-way CRM sync and embedded profiles are Advanced Plus features (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)).
  4. Do you need more InMails than 50 an account? If yes, a higher Sales Navigator tier will not solve it; the allowance is flat across tiers (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)).
  5. Is the seat worth the annual price in replies or meetings? That is a business question, and the framework for it is in whether Sales Navigator is worth it.

Annual versus monthly

Annual billing is cheaper than twelve monthly payments at every published price point. Core at US$1,079.88 a year is less than twelve months at US$119.99, and Advanced at US$1,799.88 a year compares the same way against US$159.99 a month (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)). The trade is commitment: annual plans lock the term in exchange for the lower effective rate. If you are testing whether the tool fits your workflow, a monthly term costs more but lets you stop sooner.

How to avoid paying for unused seats

The tier logic and the seat logic are different, and they are easy to confuse. Determine the tier from the features the whole team needs, then count only the people who will actually log in. A Core subscription is a single seat, so work out the total from the number of users, not from the number of people who might benefit (Sales Navigator Help (opens in a new tab)).

The limit to keep in mind

These prices were read from LinkedIn's own page on 2026-10-19 and are not independently verified. LinkedIn's page also notes that pricing varies by plan and billing frequency, and it lists several currencies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator (opens in a new tab)). Prices change; re-check the page before you buy, and do not treat a figure from a third-party blog, including one that quotes an older number, as current.
